We created Gaama Gaama in 2026 as a nod to the virtual pet craze of the 90s—the time we grew up in. The sensation of keeping your virtual pet alive, caring for it, feeling dread at seeing the death screen, and trying again to be a better caregiver; that sensation lives on in Gaama Gaama.
There has been a rise in nostalgic pet simulations in recent years, so we wanted to be a bit different. We're trying to empower creativity and provide an intuitive platform where anyone can bring their unique vision to life through customizable 3D designs.
Through physical products paired with virtual software, a stronger bond can be built with these pets. It's super fun to collect them in physical form, and they can live forever in virtual form.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Gaama Gaama Toys ("Gaama Gaama Toys," "we," "us," or "our"), a business based in New York, Long Island, USA. They govern your access to and use of the Gaama Gaama website, online customizer, checkout, user accounts, and the Gaama D Pet Simulator (collectively, the "Service"), and any purchase of Gaama D or related products (the "Products") from us.
By creating an account, placing an order, redeeming a product code, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
To use the Service you must be at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction (typically 18), you may only use the Service with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
To place an order, create a billing relationship with us, or submit payment information, you must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally able to form a binding contract. If you are under 18, a parent or legal guardian must place any order on your behalf.
We do not knowingly collect information from or allow accounts for children under 13. If we learn an account belongs to a child under 13, we will close the account and delete associated data.
You may create an account using an email and password or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for:
Notify us immediately at support@gaamagaama.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, are used fraudulently, or have been inactive for an extended period.
Product and pricing. Gaama D is currently sold as a pre-order at a discounted price. Prices, promotions, and availability are shown on the Service and may change at any time before you complete checkout. Prices do not include applicable sales tax, shipping, duties, or customs fees unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to limit order quantities.
Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By placing an order you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the total amount shown at checkout. We do not ourselves see or store your full card number; your card data is handled by Stripe under its own terms and its PCI-DSS compliance.
Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to purchase. No contract of sale is formed until we accept your order and, where applicable, ship the Product. We may refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or items ordered in quantities inconsistent with personal use, and in that case will refund any amount charged.
Pricing errors. If a Product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, pricing, or system error, we may cancel or refuse orders placed at the incorrect price, even after confirmation, and will refund any amount charged.
Gaama D orders placed before our launch date are pre-orders. Current expected ship date is June 30, 2026; this date is an estimate and is not guaranteed. After June 30, 2026, orders ship within 2 days of order placement, subject to availability.
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before we ship your order. To cancel, email support@gaamagaama.com with your name, email, and order reference. Once your order has shipped, Section 7 (Returns) applies instead.
If we materially delay the expected ship date, we will notify you by email and you may cancel your pre-order for a full refund.
We currently ship from New York, USA. Shipping times, methods, and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guarantees.
Title to and risk of loss for each Product passes to you when the carrier delivers the Product to you (or to the shipping address you provided, if no signature is required). If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, contact us at support@gaamagaama.com as soon as possible so we can work with the carrier and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for Products sent to an incorrect address that you provided, or for any customs, import duties, or local taxes charged on international shipments.
Custom orders are final sale. Each Gaama D is made to order based on your specific color and style choices. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or because the finished unit doesn't match your expectations of what you saw on screen. Computer displays render colors differently from physical paint and plastic, and slight variation is normal.
Damaged on arrival. If your Gaama D arrives damaged, email support@gaamagaama.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a clear photo showing the damage. We will, at our option, send a replacement or issue a full refund. You keep the damaged unit — no return shipping required.
Incorrect order. If the unit you receive does not match what you ordered (wrong colors, wrong name plate, wrong ear variant, etc.), email support@gaamagaama.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund. You keep the original unit.
Never delivered. If your tracking shows that the package was never delivered, email support@gaamagaama.com with your order reference. For US orders, you are eligible for a replacement or full refund once tracking has stalled or shown non-delivery for 14+ days. For international orders, please wait 60 days from the ship date before requesting a refund — customs and international carriers occasionally hold packages for extended periods that are beyond our control.
Stolen after delivery. If carrier tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, this is considered porch theft and is not eligible for a refund or replacement from us. Please file a claim with the carrier and, if applicable, your local police. We are happy to provide proof of shipment and tracking records to support your claim.
Refund processing. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Non-returnable items. Virtual items, product codes that have been redeemed, and any add-on digital content are non-refundable once activated, except where required by law.
The Gaama D Pet Simulator (the "Pet Sim") is provided free of charge as part of the Service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the Pet Sim at any time, with or without notice.
Virtual items have no cash value. Any in-game items, progress, kennel slots, furniture, Gaama D units, or other virtual content (collectively, "Virtual Items") are a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use those items within the Pet Sim. Virtual Items are not your property, have no monetary value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold, transferred, or exchanged outside the Service. You have no ownership or other property interest in Virtual Items, and all rights in and to Virtual Items are and shall forever be owned by Gaama Gaama Toys
Account loss. If your account is terminated, if the Pet Sim is discontinued, or if your Virtual Items are lost, stolen, or corrupted, we are not obligated to reimburse, restore, or compensate you, except where required by law.
Each physical Gaama D may include a unique product code that unlocks the corresponding Gaama D unit and related content in the Pet Sim. Codes are one-time use, tied to the first account that successfully redeems them, and have no cash value. Redemption is final.
You agree not to sell, trade, publicly post, generate, distribute, or attempt to guess product codes. We may invalidate codes that appear to have been leaked, tampered with, or obtained fraudulently.
The Pet Sim includes multiplayer features powered by peer-to-peer connections. When you join a multiplayer session, other players may see your display name, Gaama D appearance, and in-game actions. You agree not to:

The Service, including the Gaama Gaama brand, the Gaama D character and design, 3D models, textures, artwork, code, music, sound effects, text, and all other content (collectively, the "Gaama Gaama Toys Content"), is owned by Gaama Gaama Toys or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other intellectual property laws.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the Service and Gaama Gaama Toys Content for your own personal, non-commercial use. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
Purchasing a physical Gaama D grants you ownership of that physical Product. It does not transfer any intellectual property rights. You may not reproduce, copy, mold, 3D-scan, 3D-print duplicates, mass-produce, or redistribute Gaama D or its likeness for commercial purposes.
If you send us feedback, suggestions, ideas, or bug reports, you grant Gaama Gaama Toys a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to use that feedback for any purpose without obligation to you. We are not required to keep feedback confidential.
The Service integrates third-party services that have their own terms and privacy policies, including Google (sign-in), Stripe (payments), Firebase and Google Cloud (authentication, database, hosting), Netlify (hosting and the contact form), Cloudflare (delivery, security, and cookieless web analytics), Resend (transactional and broadcast email), Shippo (shipping label generation), Sentry (error monitoring), and PeerJS (multiplayer signaling). Your use of these services through us is also governed by their terms. We are not responsible for third-party services.
We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation, except that we will not retroactively take away a Product you have already paid for and received.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time by emailing support@gaamagaama.com.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, your account, or any Virtual Items, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraud, or created risk or legal exposure for us. On termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 8, 12, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21) survive.
Except as expressly required by law, the Service and all Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components, or that defects will be corrected. Multiplayer and online features depend on third-party networks and infrastructure that we do not control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any consumer rights that cannot be limited or excluded under the laws of your jurisdiction.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gaama Gaama Toys and its officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to your use of the Service or any Products, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), statute, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to the Service or any Product is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid Gaama Gaama Toys in the 12 months before the claim arose, or (b) US $100.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gaama Gaama Toys and its officers, employees, and suppliers from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any formal claim, you agree to contact us at support@gaamagaama.com and give us at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Most issues can be resolved that way.
Venue. If informal resolution fails, any claim must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, New York, USA. You and Gaama Gaama Toys each consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of any mandatory laws of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and, for account holders, notify you by email or via the Service. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the Service and, if you wish, request account deletion.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any order confirmations, are the entire agreement between you and Gaama Gaama Toys regarding the Service and Products, and supersede any prior agreements. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of that right. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

This Privacy Policy describes how Gaama Gaama Toys ("Gaama Gaama Toys," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you use the Gaama Gaama website, customizer, and pet simulator (collectively, the "Service"). Gaama Gaama is a brand operated by Gaama Gaama Toys, based in New York, Long Island, USA.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Information you provide when placing an order: When you purchase a Gaama D, you provide your first and last name, email address, shipping address, and — if requested at checkout — phone number. Your payment card details are entered directly into Stripe and are never seen or stored by us.
Account information: If you create an account, we collect your email address and a password (or, if you sign in with Google, your Google account identifier, display name, and profile photo). Each account is assigned a unique user ID by Firebase Authentication.
Pet simulator data: If you use the pet simulator, we store data tied to your account, including: which Gaama D product codes you have redeemed, the state of your pet collection (kennel and slot placements), and timestamps of your activity.
Contact form submissions: When you use our Contact Us form, we collect your name, email address, the subject of your message, an optional order reference, and the contents of your message.
Customization choices: The 3D customization choices you make are processed in your browser. If you place an order, your final customization is associated with your order and sent to our production team.
Device and usage information: Like most websites, we automatically collect certain technical information when you visit, including your browser type, operating system, device type, IP address, referring URL, and pages viewed. This information is used to keep the site secure and to understand how users interact with our features.
Cookies and local storage: We use browser storage in two categories:
• Essential — sign-in tokens (Firebase Auth), order checkout state (Stripe), pet simulator save data. Without these, the Service cannot function. No consent required.
• Optional — referral codes from links you click, the newsletter modal's "show again" timer, customization layout saves. Set only after you accept all storage via our consent banner.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to measure aggregate site traffic (page views, top referrers, country-level geography, device type). Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and cannot identify individual visitors — see Cloudflare's overview and their privacy policy for details. We do not use advertising cookies, behavioral tracking, or cross-site profiling. You can change your storage preference any time by clicking Manage cookie preferences — that reopens the consent banner. Declining wipes any optional storage already set; essential storage is left in place so the site keeps working.
We use the information we collect to:
• Process and fulfill your orders, including custom production and shipping
• Create and maintain your account
• Send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and transactional emails
• Respond to your customer support inquiries
• Operate and improve the customizer and pet simulator
• Understand how users interact with the Service
• Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security incidents, and abuse
• Comply with legal obligations, including tax and accounting requirements
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with the service providers we need to operate the business:
• Stripe, Inc. — processes all payments. Stripe receives your name, email, billing and shipping address, and payment card details. See stripe.com/privacy.
• Google (Firebase) — provides our authentication (sign-in), realtime database (pet simulator data and product codes), and analytics. See firebase.google.com/support/privacy and policies.google.com/privacy.
• Netlify — hosts our website and processes contact form submissions. See netlify.com/privacy.
• Cloudflare — provides content delivery, security, and bot protection. See cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
• Shipping carriers — we share your name and shipping address with the carrier (such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx) to deliver your order.
We may also disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Gaama Gaama Toys, our users, or others.
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use the Service. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate traffic (page views, top referrers, country-level geography, device type) without using cookies and without collecting personal data. It cannot identify individual visitors. See Cloudflare's overview and privacy policy for details. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising cookies, or cross-site behavioural trackers.
The pet simulator may include peer-to-peer multiplayer features powered by PeerJS. When you connect with another user, your browsers exchange connection information directly, which may include temporary peer identifiers and IP addresses as part of the WebRTC connection process. This information is not stored on our servers.
We retain different types of information for different periods:
• Browser storage (cookies / localStorage). We use browser storage only for site functionality — keeping you signed in, remembering your customizer choices, and storing optional preferences like referral codes you've clicked. We do not use third-party tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or cross-site behavioural cookies. You can review or change your cookie preferences any time via cookie settings.
• Order records are retained for 7 years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. When you delete your account, order records remain but your name, email, and shipping address are removed from them.
• Account data (email, profile, pet simulator progress) is retained until you request deletion of your account.
• Contact form messages are retained for up to 2 years after the inquiry is resolved.
• Backups of our database are retained for 30 days for disaster-recovery purposes. Deleted accounts age out of backups within 30 days; we do not use backups for any purpose other than restoring the live database after an incident.
• Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics default settings.
You have the right to:
• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing of your information
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format
Self-service. If you have an account, you can exercise the access (export) and deletion rights directly from My Account → Privacy & Your Data. The export downloads a JSON file containing every piece of data we hold about you. Deletion is immediate and removes your pet simulator progress, saved units, account profile, and contact-form history; order records are retained for tax compliance but anonymized (your name, email, and shipping address are stripped).
If you can't sign in (forgot your email, account compromised), or your rights extend beyond what the self-service tools cover, email us at support@gaamagaama.com. We will respond within 30 days. Please note that we may retain certain information as required by law (for example, order records for tax purposes) even after you request deletion.
California residents: Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), you have the rights described above. We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
EU/UK residents: If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR, including the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us at support@gaamagaama.com to exercise your rights.
The Service is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will delete that information as soon as possible. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@gaamagaama.com.
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. Payment information is handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI-DSS compliance. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We currently ship only within the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where our servers and service providers are located.
We strive to make gaamagaama.com usable by people with a wide range of abilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards on our customer-facing pages (home, FAQ, Privacy Policy, Terms, Contact, Status, and the order checkout flow).
Known limitation: Our 3D customizer is an inherently visual tool that depends on real-time rendering of color choices. We do not currently offer a fully accessible alternative within the customizer itself. If you would like to place a custom order but cannot use the visual customizer, please email support@gaamagaama.com and we will work with you to design and order a custom unit over email or phone.
Reporting issues: If you encounter any accessibility barrier on our site, please email support@gaamagaama.com with a description of the issue and the page where you encountered it. We aim to respond within 5 business days and to fix verified issues as quickly as possible.

Download a copy of everything we have on you, or permanently delete your account. Deleting your account also voids your product codes — you'd need to buy a new Gaama D to play again. Order records themselves are kept (with name, email, and shipping address removed) for tax law.
This is permanent. This cannot be undone.
Your product code(s) will be voided. They cannot be redeemed again — not by you, not by anyone else. To play the simulator after deletion, you would need to create a new account and purchase a new Gaama D unit to get a fresh code.
Order records themselves are kept for 7 years (tax law) with your name, email, and shipping address removed. Backups age out within 30 days — after that, no trace remains.

Short pitch. Gaama D is a physical collectible toy paired with a persistent online pet simulator and turn-based battle game. Each unit you own unlocks new customization options and battle abilities, and your pet keeps progressing even when you're offline.
Long description. Gaama D combines three experiences into one: a real-time 3D customizer where you design the look of your character with swappable parts and colors, a pet simulator where units live in kennels and build bonds over time while you care for them, and a lane-based battle system where abilities are tied to elemental blocks you paint in your kennel. New units are unlocked through product codes that come with physical Gaama D toys — each unit opens a new tier of abilities, so the collection scales with play.

Craig founded Gaama Gaama Toys to build products that he believes in, inspired by fond memories of his '90s childhood. Gaama Gaama is his first product, and the foundation from which the company will grow. He has many ideas that he hopes will change the world for the better. • Small UI labels: A small number of decorative captions use compact type that may be hard to read at default zoom. Browser zoom (Ctrl/Cmd + +) works as expected.

We periodically test with current versions of NVDA (Windows), VoiceOver (macOS and iOS), and the keyboard-only navigation of Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. We use the WAVE and axe automated scanners as part of our development process.
